1. Introduction

Welcome to l444, an online gaming and sports betting platform available at l444.lc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to every registered player on the l444 platform. They cover account creation, deposits and withdrawals in PKR, sports betting, slots, bingo, the VIP programme, and all other services l444 makes available.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use l444, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while your account remains active:

• You must be a genuine individual person, not a company, trust, or automated entity.
• You must not already hold an active account on l444. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor directly involved in the operation of l444.

l444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable period, l444 may suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are permitted to hold one account only on l444. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited at l444's discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure without return of funds.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. l444 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. Do not share your account details with anyone else — l444 will never ask for your password.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact l444 player support immediately. You are liable for all activity on your account until such time as you notify l444 of unauthorised access and your account is suspended.

Account Verification (KYC)

l444 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals or at any other point during your account lifetime. Acceptable documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required for JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer channels. Failure to complete KYC checks may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting l444 player support. l444 also reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or operated by an ineligible player.

4. Deposits & Payments

All funds on l444 are held and transacted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). l444 supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. l444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder, it may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum Deposit

A minimum deposit amount applies and is shown on the Deposit page for each payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited and could be returned to the originating payment source. l444 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times once a deposit instruction has been submitted from your end.

Failed or Pending Deposits

If a deposit is not credited to your l444 account within the expected timeframe, contact player support with the transaction reference number from your JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank confirmation. l444 will investigate and resolve genuine deposit discrepancies in a timely manner. Do not submit a duplicate deposit before confirming the status of the original transaction.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on l444 are processed in PKR to the verified payment method linked to your account. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. The withdrawal method must match the method used for your most recent deposit unless you have updated your verified payment details through the account management process.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. If KYC documentation has not been completed, your withdrawal will be held until verification is satisfactorily concluded. l444 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; VIP tier members at Gold level and above receive priority processing.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Only funds from settled bets and completed game rounds are available for withdrawal. Funds tied to pending bets or active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are cleared.
• l444 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawals that are unusually large relative to typical account activity.
• Withdrawals to payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder will not be processed.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are shown on the Withdrawal page. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically among the fastest. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. l444 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider once funds have been dispatched.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

l444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, PKR free bets, deposit match bonuses, PSL cricket promotions, and VIP-specific reward offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total bet amount that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots, and bingo may have different contribution rates. Check the individual promotion terms for details.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus applies to your account at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free bets not used before the stated expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional offers, or any other manipulation — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The Sports section of l444 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs, and ICC tournaments), football, esports, and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on l444.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed by l444 and a bet reference number is issued, the bet is binding. l444 reserves the right to decline any bet or to apply stake limits at its discretion. In-play markets may be suspended at any time, and bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or official data provider used by l444. For cricket, this includes results as determined by the PCB, ICC, or the relevant board for the fixture in question. In the event of a result being revised after initial settlement — such as a scorecard correction or disciplinary action — l444 reserves the right to re-settle affected bets accordingly.

Abandoned & Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules may apply to markets that were fully determined before the event was abandoned — for example, a completed innings market in cricket. The rules for each market type are displayed within the sports betting interface.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are shown in the bet slip before you confirm your wager. Maximum payout limits also apply per event and per day. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and your account status. l444 reserves the right to apply tighter limits to specific accounts without notice if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combining multiple selections are available on l444. If any selection within an accumulator is void, that selection is removed and the accumulator is recalculated at the remaining odds. A two-selection accumulator where one selection is voided becomes a single bet at the remaining selection's odds.

Error Odds

In the event that odds are published in error — due to technical fault, human error, or data feed issues — l444 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. l444 will notify affected players and return their stakes promptly if this situation arises.

8. Slots & Bingo

The Slot Games and Bingo sections on l444 are provided for entertainment purposes. All slot games operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces outcomes independently for each spin. Results of previous spins have no influence on future spins. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published within the game information panel.

Bingo rooms on l444 run on a schedule and use PKR prize pools. Bingo outcomes are determined by random number draw in real time. Players participate by purchasing cards for available rooms. The prize structure for each room is displayed before the game begins.

l444 is not responsible for any winnings that cannot be paid out due to a technical malfunction. In the event of a game or system error during a slot spin or bingo round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. Game history records are maintained for dispute resolution purposes.

9. VIP Programme

The l444 VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. VIP points are earned at a rate of one point per PKR 15 wagered across sports betting, slots, and bingo. Monthly point totals determine tier progression, which resets at the start of each calendar month.

• VIP benefits — including PKR cashback, free bets, enhanced odds, and priority withdrawals — are applied at the tier achieved during the relevant month.
• Cashback is calculated on net losses within the relevant period and credited as real PKR funds unless stated otherwise.
• l444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.
• VIP status and accumulated points are non-transferable between accounts.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including coordinated loss-chasing to generate cashback or manipulating wager totals — will result in removal from the VIP Programme and may result in account closure.

10. Player Conduct

All players on l444 are expected to behave in a fair, honest, and respectful manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Opening more than one account on l444 (duplicate accounts).
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, spin slot games, or interact with any part of the l444 platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported to l444 immediately.
• Match fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or placing bets based on non-public information that would give an unfair edge.
• Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks designed to recover lost bet amounts, or identity fraud.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, bingo, or any other competitive gaming format on l444.
• Attempting to launder money through deposits and withdrawals on l444. All suspicious financial activity is reported as required.

l444 reserves the right to void bets, withhold withdrawals, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, pending investigation.

11. Responsible Gaming

l444 takes responsible gaming seriously. Every account on l444 has access to the following self-management tools, available at any time from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit cap. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered immediately — increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is closed and no marketing communications will be sent.

While l444 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of game results and odds, l444 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect platform availability, and l444 will endeavour to notify players in advance where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted, l444's liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time a valid claim arises. l444 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of business, or losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform.

l444 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or network disruptions on the player's side that may affect bet placement, game play, or withdrawal requests.

14. Changes to These Terms

l444 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through an on-screen notification at next login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of l444 following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Outstanding balances will be processed for withdrawal in the normal manner upon account closure.
